Getting Ready for a Reunion this Year?

Are you getting ready for a reunion this next year? Looking and feeling your best for your event is an incentive for any event.  It is important to most of us to make a good impression with friends and family at reunions no matter how many years it has been.   In fact, getting ready for a reunion is a great opportunity and an excellent excuse to improve upon your personal health goals. Check this list and make some targeted selections.  Then choose the realistic options and get started.

Set Your Goals:

  1. Lose weight
  2. Exercise more
  3. Be in good health
  4. Fit into a new outfit in a different size
  5. Be more outgoing/friendlier
  6. Meet a potential mate
  7. Network
  8. Reconnect effectively with those you lost touch with
  9. Make stronger friendships
  10. Be more outgoing and friendlier

After reviewing and checking off any of the above goals, decide what to focus on and work on yourself from now until your reunion.  Then decide which are realistic and strive to achieve your preferences by finding books, writing notes and creating a routine to follow.  Keep a chart and if you can, ask a friend to join you.  Working with others provides incentives to stick to your plan.

If a goal is to reconnect with friends you have lost touch with, recreating these relationships will enrich your life, strengthen your resolve and provide benefits yet to be realized.
