All books and software items are shipped USPS Priority Mail (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 48 hours of your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients.
Custom-made items as name tags, buttons, stickers, lanyards, memorial posters, reunion posters and table centerpieces are shipped to a physical address, (no post office boxes) UPS Ground (unless requested otherwise by cardholder). These items are shipped to arrive at least one day prior to customerâs reunion. Exact cost of shipping is charged plus a small handling fee that includes materials.
Custom made banners and pens are also shipped to a physical address (no post office boxes) via UPS Ground (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 48 hours of receipt of customer-approved proof.
