Directions: Several groups of questions are listed below, based on various times in your life. Please answer whichever questions you like, or create your own. We are looking to capture who you are as a person, as well as a few key milestones or experiences in your life. You do not need to answer all of these questions! They are simply suggestions to guide you; you can be as detailed as you like, or just include one fact or story from each section.
Because many of our family members have already passed on, we are asking that you please take the extra time to share what you can about those we've listed for you from your immediate family. We hope to include the true personality and spirit of the founders of this family's in the Family Book for future generations to know.
